Negative culture and bad management
Administration Assistant (Former Employee) - Figtree NSW - 14 January 2022
The culture is super negative, backstabbing jealous staff that make up lies about other staff to have them sacked or removed from their job. They are lazy and do not have the residents or business needs as a priority. It’s all for personal gains. In my experience this is from the ground level in facilities right up to the area manager level.

Awful, toxic, picking sides and unfriendly environment

Always very rushed. Residents didn't matter in the aspects of getting everything done for them. Was great when working alone with residents but when doing dooubles it was very toxic, very quickly done. I always made sure the residents had everything that they needed before leaving the room. Management and higher ups and very inconsiderate of others individuals opinions unless it were complaints about individuals. I got unfair dismission from a buch of accusations what weren't true. Management didn't speak to me before have a whole page of thee accusations. There was not management in this aspects, didn't know about them and when I found out they fired me. Wouldn't work here, very toxic, unfriendly environment.
