Caring staff poor management

Worked with Maroochydore facility: very poor management. Manager never replying to email. Too poor working culture. Too much pressure to staff. Very poor working culture: favouritism on its peak.

Stressful environment and poorly managed. They don’t care about staff shortage which puts pressure on the staff that is working. One of the reasons I left this place.

You will grow, learn to manage your time.You are your own boss, can manage floor on your own.You get know so many things. Co workers will treat you nicely if you are nice with them.Management wont care as long as you do your job properly.

Management is fuul of favouritism, not reliable. Too much work load, maybe similar to many other residential service. Intake of not qualified staff, just because manager flavours.
