Worked for the previous company then Estia Health took over and they were the best company I had worked for .Enjoyed my employment with them .Good company to work for

Unrealistic workload

Unrealistic workload at the detriment to residents and visitors. No warning of trial period ending. Rude staff and no support from management. Worst place I've ever worked.
