Caring staff poor management
Registered Nurse (Full Time) (Former Employee) - Maroochydore QLD - 2 November 2023
Worked with Maroochydore facility: very poor management. Manager never replying to email. Too poor working culture. Too much pressure to staff. Very poor working culture: favouritism on its peak.
