Amazing place to work to truly make a difference in the disability sector
I have worked for EI for the past 2 years and cannot imagine a better place to be. So impressed with on-the-job support and training - they invest so much in each team member. Their 12 week induction program really set me up for success and ongoing coaching and mentoring support help my learning and career progression. Flexible working means I can make my sports team events every week. Cannot recommend it enough. They won the National Allied Health Team Culture award for a reason.
Pros
Flexible working, Support, Coaching, PD mentoring, training
Cons
Sometime Sydney traffic is wearing but as we grow I drive less and less!
