I love working with my clients they all are great. I've learned that there is no difference in culture and I get along with all types of people from stay-at-home people to working people. The hardest part of the job is climbing the stairs at many of the homes that I clean but the people I have met through my job make it all worthwhile. I enjoy talking to my clients and have a good repour with them all.
Pros
I enjoy talking with my clients, and learning about where they come from, also having a cup of coffee with them.
Cons
the job is hard even though alot of people think cleaning houses is easy

A great company to work for

I love the flexible times so I can still take my child to and from school.I like seeing my clients regularly and they are happy to see me.i was out of the workforce for quite a long time and mangement made me feel welcome from the start. If there were any issues they were there to help me out right away.

First place that I have worked at where I felt my hard work was appreciated. Being able to pick my own work hours allowed for great work life balance. Plenty of work available Given the responsibility to manage your own clients means you aren’t micromanaged but staff extremely helpful when support was needed. Only leaving as I’m moving interstate
