Fun, engaged, high achieving teams. VERY slow progression, salary increases or anything like it. Management is disconnected and doesn't support their teams. I would suggest looking elsewhere that support their staff and progress them efficiently.

Great work atmosphere

There is a huge focus on technology rather than just travel and therefore a skill set that can be applied to many industries outside of travel can be developed.
