The platform itself promises a streamlined tutoring experience, but this is far from reality. Firstly, the user interface is unintuitive and glitchy, often leading to frustrating delays in session scheduling and communication with students.Moreover, the platform lacks adequate resources or guidelines to assist tutors in troubleshooting common issues, leaving us to fend for ourselves. This lack of support and guidance is a significant drawback for anyone relying on the platform for consistent tutoring work.

Getting clients is much harder than getting the job

Even after you are employed, getting clients to tutor is another challenge for tutors. Especially if you're an outsider, it becomes nearly impossible to get clients to tutor.
