We’re proud to employ great people who are passionate about their jobs! Our People and Courier Franchisees are the foundation of our business. Indeed, they are our greatest point of difference. We are a team that strives every day for operational excellence as a critical driver to deliver value to our clients, meet and exceed the demands of the industry, but most importantly to delight the customer at the door. We’re proud to have a score of 4.2 stars and a rating of “Great” of Trustpilot, reflecting the views of our clients and parcel receivers and our relentless commitment to operational excellence. We’re humbled and honoured to be an award-winning company, which is only made possible because of our Courier Franchisees and employees, and their passion and commitment.

I started here at 2019 to 2021 almost 2 year but I didn't get my sufficient pay and you never get your proper break when you worked more than 8 hr and supervisor pressurized you to work like donkey.
Mind numbing repetitive job doing so many deliveries in the same area.i learnt how to organise your deliveries and time management. The most enjoyable part of the job is when at the end of the year christmas time the busiest time you come back and there is no freight to deliver.
You go to work and empty the cages, sort your work into the areas that you need to do. You deliver and also pick up parcels which is part of your day.
great place to work when you first start but goes down hill after a few months.they care more about the contractors than the sub contractors i have seen a large staff turnover in the years i have been working for fast way
Senior mgmnt don’t really understand what success looks like.
The regional franchisees continuously fight and argue and disrupt progress. Too many egos, and not enough constructive ideas. Lots of chiefs and not enough Indians. Parent company Aramex aren’t involved enough. Passive investors with no idea.
