Badly Managed Branch
Administration Officer - Permanent Part Time (Former Employee) –  Hemmant QLD15 July 2018
In my short time with this company branch it was chaotic to say the least. Management was very poor and reduced morale significantly.
It was a shame to see the branch in such chaos as the majority of the employees were fantastic.
.
Pros
Great people to work with at the Branch and HO in supporting roles
Cons
Bad Branch Management

Most rewarding company to have worked for with good job satisfaction
Retired as Product Development Manager. (Former Employee) –  Beresfield Newcastle Branch1 February 2013
Full on from arrival at work, greet team members, review days program, meet with Supervisors, discuss customer service set tasks.
Review previous days sales and breakdown of sales by product range.
Inspect Warehouse with Storeman for OH&S compliance and on-going high quality of housekeeping. Phone National Sales Manager, review previous days sale against Budget and costings.
Co-workers formed a good team. I learnt early in Management, you obtained results through the endeavours of a good team under you.
Hardest part of the job is staying on top of time management.
Most enjoyable part of the job is daily being with and meeting people, coupled with the continued on-going mental stimulation of the job.
Pros
as manager, freedom to do it your way, as long as results obtained
