Great potential, but disjointed product vision

FICO has the potential to be an amazing company, but is limited by two things. First, it needs to learn how to collaborate as a single company. Product lines operate in silos. Second, you have to be very skilled at corporate politics to get ahead. There is more emphasis on how people perceive and like you, than what you actually contribute.
