Field Service Engineer (Current Employee) –  San Diego, CA25 January 2017
Not exceptionally happy with the contract between FLIR and the temporary hire agencies. No paid vacation days and only 3 paid sick days per year. FLIR employees openly discuss their fears of being fired each year as the company likes to show a good "bottom line" in last quarter.
