Fast paced and stressful

Management is not great, they are not supportive, they don't help you go forward and learn. Too busy with their own work, working overtime everyday, not even taking a lunch break. Everyone is stressed, overworked and gossiping is completely normal. You can often hear whispering and everyone is unhappy and complaining and it's normal to work overtime all the time.
