Hard work and dedication are necessary for success at Forrester. The hard work is worthwhile. Client success = organizational and personal success.

I enjoyed learning about and helping clients identify, diagnose, develop and measure solutions for a wide range of challenges. Challenges included making an organization become more customer centric, digital transformation, deliver improved customer experience and adapt to the consumer's mobile mind shift.
Pros
Well compensated, autonomy and the research is best in class
Cons
Less resources compared to the competition, Low brand awareness amongst senior executives, Forrester does not market or promote itself enough to its target audience

It covers the full waterfall of B2B and B2C. It guide clients on what to do strategy and how to do it execution. Helps direct large companies on how to best align marketing, sales and product imperative for success in the age of the customer.
