What is the best part of working at the company?Great products,Flexible working hours,Being somewhere new every day,Being self employed with out the overheads of stock & staff or marketing.Pays very well.Great business model.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Like all businesses Dealing with unhappy clients, but have great management skills in place to deal with that effectively.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Friendly upbeat with plenty of office space to work in.What is a typical day like for you at the company?I go to the office once a week, as all my appointments are in my calendar on my phone, So leave work from home direct to my clients.

Do not work for this company!

Lead to believe the job would be easy, would be trained properly, would be given all the assistance to make money that I could possibly need, and in fact I received quite the opposite on all these fronts. Worst employer I’ve had by a long shot.

Dead Set Worst Company Ever

I worked at four seasons as their head fitter for 6 months, during this time i saw some of the worst business practices i have ever come across.. they would give me somebody with no experience for 2 days to train then send them out on their own
Ripping off customers with pooly made overpriced product, i really felt sorry for majority of the elderly customers i would see getting rorted. and at the end of the day after getting ripped off for months the dodgy owner refuses to give my "bond" back, blaming my work for his pooly made product even though i had the go ahead to fit the product originally
In the 3 and a bit years since i left i have not heard one good thing from anybody about this company

Love working for this company and the work we do is extremely satisfying , Have worked here for a number of years and found the processes great,
Great work ethics and a desire to get things right with the customers and the contractors

Poor form
After you have paid your insurance and other outgoings expect your invoice to be paid short. Not once was an invoice paid in full after sitting on a stinking hot roof all week.... very poor form

Great place to work, friendly atmosphere and wonderful staff

The usual day starts of with the usual cup of coffee, then working and doing activities such as counting trims and saddles for distribution, every day you learn something new, either about someone or how the business operated from how a machine worked to learning how the business started.
Management are really friendly and very approachable to have any questions answered, very similar are the co workers that i worked at, not afraid for a laugh or to provide any assistance if i needed it.
The hardest part about the job if there could be one was that it was hard labor, but at the same time its very rewarding and a lot more committing than office work. The most enjoyable part of the job was that i got to spend 6 or 7 hours with great people who understood each other and understood the roles of each other, as well as it isnt a high stress job which makes it more comfortable and enjoyable to work in.
