What is the best part of working at the company?When I had a good manager who had faith and understood my visionWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?When my manager left and I got a new manager, which did not agree with what I was being delivered and shut down the program. For the past year, a lot of staff put a lot of effort into it.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Toxic environment too many managersWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Generally, with the team I looked after we had a great time

Council was not supportive or provided a safe work experience

No security and no support from council in area where patron needs are high and more resources are needed to provide the service people deserve. The library team downstairs are great.

Toxic Culture and Workplace with limited advancement or opportunities

Not a supportive environment, management issues and toxic culture and staff.A typical day is fast paced, stressful and lacks in training or support from your team leader.I learnt to remain quiet and not bring my concerns to management. On the rare occasions that I did, it was ignored.The hardest part was getting management to address concerns i.e. bullying from other staff members or abusive comments from the general public.The best part of this job was the day I left.Do not enter this job. Do not enter the building. You will regret it.
