Loved my job so much good training and great team. Quality furniture sells itself. Highly recommend this job to anyone. It was a great team atmosphere to work In.

Frustrating and lack of respect and support for employees.

What is the best part of working at the company?Good and supportive team environment.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Store was extremely short-staffed and cultivated a culture of expecting employees to take more responsibilities and duties than they were hired/paid to do. On top of this, often employees do not get paid for all hours worked on the fortnight, which makes contacting payroll almost every month to rectify it a very occurring and frustrating routine.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Good work environment with other employees in the store but little to no support from upper management in making employees feel supported, valued, and rewarded.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Online fulfilment, receiving stock in and replenishing stock, building new furniture and rearrange room sets.

Results driven but rewarding environment. Very talented workforce and the excellent training culture will help enthusiastic people learn and grow your skills (which you keep forever). The stores are ambient and have a loyal and growing customer base. The more effort you want to invest the more success is possible.
