Management, was not helpful, there ever. They wanted you to do all the work that they should be doing and be lazy themselves. The job itself was good for the most part. The hardest part about the job was the random hours they would have you work even though you were suppose to work set hours. They would make you run every appointment no matter how many and never got a break from the daily work provided

You are lied too from day one. They make the rules up as they go. The clients are amazing loveable people but if you work at FIB, good luck. I worked there and was belittled, lied too and went home crying most days. Poor, poor management.

Job description on indeed does not include everything you need to know before signing up for it. Was lied to about the clients not being violent. Was basically ran off by the staff. They acted like they didn't even want me there. They treat the residents horribly . The pay is not good. Overall the worst job I've ever had in my life and 100% would not recommend this job to anyone.

Relaxed but can be stressful

A typical day consist of babysitting adults with disabilities, instead caring for them as the job description states.

Most stressful job I have had.

The Residential Director allows clients to be neglected and is aware of this but does not do anything.

They will make anyone a house manager

All the clients are wonderful there and a great atmosphere till you have to deal with the house managers. Every one there is corrupted, including the bosses. Complaining about anything is a waste of breath so i would just recommend only say something when you have proof.

Pay overall is good, however, the task asked to complete overall may not match pay. The clients are so great so that makes it more rewarding.
