Residentail Tech (Former Employee) – Bluff City, TN – 10 July 2019
I worked at Crossong Point , Frontier Health for 8 months. They cannot keep staff because they do not have a set of rules and the ones they do have change on a daily basis. No consistancy at all. Managers dont even try to help when things get out if control.
Direct Support Professional (Former Employee) – Big Stone Gap, VA – 4 July 2019
Management for VA operations is a joke . They lie to you to get you to work and don't follow through with what they tell you they are going to do . All of the house managers are in no way helpful. They claim to be always so busy but never ger anything accomplished. No one in management EVER knows what is happening ! You asked two different members of management the same question and its guaranteed you will get two different answers !
You get close to and begin to care for the clients
