Covid 19 vaccination booking agent

It was only suppose to be a 30 to 90 day contract and it ended up being for me anyways a 9 month period. Management definitely tried their best in the beginning, and once we had teams, everyone was amazing and work really well at supporting each other, even though we were all working remotely

they're not the perfect employee but they're fair. you do your job, you keep it. . i hope it was not a contractual job, otherwise i would've stayed. other than that, it's a good company to start with your customer service career

Telemarketer (Former Employee) - Burnaby, BC - 26 September 2021
2 weeks training. 90% of the job consists of warm outbound calls to some...interesting clients. The computer software is old and broken from the start. Management lacks basic empathy and just sees you as a number. The pay is nothing spectacular but there's opportunities for overtime and you can earn up to $300 in monthly bonuses if you pull good numbers. Its not easy though let me tell you hwat.

Easy to get hired
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Burnaby, BC - 23 May 2021
Good place to start working specially for new comers. Most enjoyable part of the job is the feeling of satisfaction from being able to help someone over the phone. Loved working with friendly colleagues. Supports are available. However, if project originally assigned to you ended, management can just put you to another one and you don't get to choose. Also provides good news and suddenly takes it back anytime. Maximizes their employees by giving another task on top of your current one with little compensation. Bonus is given depending on client you represent. Some of them are generous and some doesn't provide any at all.

It’s fairly relaxed and easy. Some days are faster paced, while others are slower. Management is usually friendly but they will mostly expect you to work independently and know your information right away.

Bunch of lunatics running the company

Worse company to work with managers make your work stressful. As COVID started company rather than helping they started piling more and more work without even giving any bonuses or increase in wage rate they kept on piling up the work. Huge hit to your mental health and also would affect your overall health
