The company provided me with wonderful jobs where i could increase my skills as an electrician and get many other experiences such as work management and team skills. My placements were fun and i would recommend this company to any apprentice wanting to become a skilled electrician.

Zero care for staff welfare. Zero induction.Poor management practices.Low pay rate,Avoid. There are much better opportunities elsewhere. Left organisation.

Not a nice place to work

Terrible experience they don’t treat staff like people expect you to work like a call centre . People are bullied or harassed and this comesFrom management . High turnover of staff as their is a terrible culture they fire people by leaving a piece of paper termination on your desk and make everyone in office hide in board room while person has to pack the up their stuff and leave immediately. Humiliated as there is no respect .

Working for Frontline Human Resources was good for me. But the place I worked at was good too. The staff members were great. I learnt so much from them and they are very helpful and that is what I called great team work. Would be great to have a proper lunch room.

They never give you jobs

They never give jobs. They only gave me a shift once and that’s it. I rang them several times and they say ok will call when there is a job and they never call.

very little work

Good broad range of experience in electrical field

Good way to gain contacts in the electrical field. Get a vast range of experiences from a number of different employers but lacks job security. Can be rather frustrating when your not sure what job you will be going to next and can be difficult to manage finances if you have a mortgage/family.
