Deployment Engineer in Western Australia

Easy going workplace with okay pay
Good array of work with regular travel crisscrossing the state; sometimes out of state. Regional travel comes every now and then, which is good for discovering towns that one wouldn't think of visiting. Lots of night work too. Get paid weekly for hours worked + allowances for time and KMs travelled. On the flip side, there are some periods of no jobs due to lack of client projects - depending on the period, mainly EOY and EOFY.Pay can be better though; as it hardly gets reviewed over the years. Team members are mostly chill and nice to work with.

Very so so
Bad management, cannot think past lunchtime, was demoted and they did not even realise it, chasing their tails, favouritism rife, ignorant, rude., not much else

Good for entry level - poor if you have experience
Fujitsu is a demanding and often toxic environment. It is highly political and there is a terrible culture of witch hunts and blame - rather than working as a team to fix things and move on.Innovation is certainly not valued and you’d better keep your mouth shut and stay in your box if you want to succeed.

Deployment technician
there was no pressure from the managers. I got to travel and see a lot of Australia during the time I worked there. Later moved on to do desktop support for them
