Management micromanaged. Unsupportive no support in consideration of role demands. Workers unaware of responsibilities in job roles.
The role was38 hr role. Most of the time I was doing 72 hour weeks with no overtime payments or days in lieu. No training in systems and no support even though it was requested. Client had even commented that the role required two do the tasks performed day and night seven days a week.

A great mix

A taught place to work
I'm currently working with this company at McGrath Hills . What can say it's no correlation between a senior staff and new people who just started. Also senior staff putting a pressure on new workforce, with poor training. The company motto " people of heart everything " doesn't apply on daily basis.
