What is the company culture like at G8 Education?

Horrible place. Bullying culture as well as semi or unqualified staff.
Great. Everyone is really supportive and works together to get things done.

Depressing. Too much pressure put on educators and not enough time to meet expectations. Unnecessary documentation and paperwork. No relationship with management team. Lots of criticism and no praise for efforts. Award wage made me feel unappreciated for my skills. Families are lied to about how G8 treats their employees by giving game incentives. The incentives include paid CPR, a free flu shot and discounts to various companies. Doesn’t really make up for the low wages. Staff are made to feel disposable and are not valued.
