Reception and Admin/Sales (Former Employee) – Queensland – 21 January 2018
Great place to work lots of fun despite being very busy with targets to hit. The best part of the job is the management they are a pleasure to work with. The most challenging was hitting sales targets every month, but we succeeded.
Receptionist (Former Employee) – Jindalee, QLD – 17 December 2012
My experience at Genesis was great as it was my first full-time job. The struggles I had were the hours of the day I was working. Being 1pm - 9pm Monday - Friday. Im a dancer and do enjoy going to dance classes. All dance classes are on at night time so I could never go to any. This is why I left and am in need of a day job, still preferably full-time. I learnt even more about costomer service and handing complaints. Having the skill to be able to talk to our older members to then mingling with the younger generation. As I was the first person the members would see as they walked into the gym, my personality and personer was extremely important. I would always be happy, greet people with a smile and ask them how their day is going. I loved the job because i'm a very social person, bubbly & enjoy giving fantastic service.
the great members, relationships i built.
the set hours in the spesific part of the day i had to work.
