Great for medical Staff but not so for Administration
The work expected from New employees is overwhelming. Staff are cliquey. There are some staff and branches who are so helpful and supportive. The overall running of the company and services they offer are exemplary. They do offer fantastic services for treatment of cancers.

I understand all the bad reviews now
I understand the bad reviews now. I always try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but trust the reviews. This many bad reviews can't be wrong and from my experience they sum it up. Poor training and onboarding, lack of fair leadership and management, terrible work/life balance and lack of accountability and transparency. It can hold you back if you have potential, work hard and have ideas, but leaving was the right choice. There are lots of opportunities with far more progressive companies.

Leadership out of touch, toxic culture, little genuine interest in staff
Toxic management culture, very high staff turnover in head office with constant departure of short tenured talented people. Senior management not engaged with people in the business and appear driven by short term decisions and cost management. Poor leadership, the only saving grace in the company is good colleagues (if the stick around) and a genuine interest and focus on patient welfare in the clinics. I would not recommend as a place to work.

Unreasonable expectations, no support and toxic work culture
The interview process took months to complete over multiple interviews where both panel members and myself were kept in the dark on expectations for the role. Additionally there was complete secrecy on the state of operations, no information was afforded to me due to both a lack of due diligence from the company to gather said information, their awareness of how bad things were in the department and reluctance to convey what they did know.Once started there was a complete lack of onboarding or training and any attempts to request support were met with ineffective methods.90% of the work day consisted of duplicate, redundant meetings with the need to work constant 12 hour days to make up for wasted time.Senior management loved to instate bureaucracy and red tape preventing operations from running as smoothly as it could.

When working at Frenchs Forest the Supervisor is intimidating luvs to Micro manage , blames others for her mistakes and doesn’t support you.The Centre leader provides no support either
