Designing better care

We are 5500+ highly trained healthcare professionals and support staff across Australia, the U.K., Spain, and the United States, designing innovative treatments and care for people with cancer and heart disease.

Our purpose is to design care experiences that get the best possible life outcomes. We believe care should be focused on the individual, not the condition. That care should be available when and where people need it most.

Now, more than ever, this mission has never been so important. We’re increasing access to high quality care in local communities by investing in people, technology, innovation and research.

Global care

GenesisCare has grown from a single cardiovascular clinic in 2005 to become a global leader in cancer care.

Across the globe, we have more than 440 centers offering the latest treatments and technologies that have been proven to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes. For radiation therapy, that includes 300 centers in the US as well as 14 centers in the U.K., 21 in Spain and 36 in Australia.

We also offer cardiology and sleep services at more than 80 locations across Australia, and urology and pulmonology care in the U.S. through our integrated medical offices.

Every year our team sees more than 400,000 people globally.

Our approach comes across in five key values that underpin everything we do .

Empathy for all

Through listening, understanding and acting with purpose, we make a difference to the experiences and outcomes of patients and each other.

Partnership inside and out

We work with some of the world’s leading care experts. So it makes sense to share, listen and learn as one – with teams inside and outside. This rich mix of ideas is how we keep improving our care.

Innovation every day

We all contribute insightful, innovative ideas, both big and small. So we trust in what we learn, to develop what we don’t yet know, to give you care that’s constantly evolving.

Bravery to have a go

We dare to make ideas happen, to make the impossible a reality. It means finding a way to “yes” when others can’t. Nothing means more to us than getting you the best life outcomes possible.

Integrity always

We do the right thing for our patients, our partners and each other. We make evidence-based decisions and take every action and face every challenge in the best interests of our patients and each other.

Our People Promise

You can your life’s best work, by always growing, having a profound human impact and making great things happen together.

People are at the heart of what we do —whether that person is a patient, a referring doctor, a partner or someone in our team. We aim to build “culture of care” that’s patient-focused and performance driven.

Joining the GenesisCare team means a commitment to seeing and doing things differently. Asking what if and why not? And focused on getting the best possible outcomes for our patients.

We are always improving, designing new and higher standards for patient satisfaction and clinical excellence. Across our network, we employ talented and passionate health care and business professionals.

Everything we do is designed in partnership all the way through the entire care process. That means working with everyone from our clinicians to our technicians, from our internal teams to patients. Because, by working together, we stand a better chance of getting more complete health outcomes.

Great for medical Staff but not so for Administration
The work expected from New employees is overwhelming. Staff are cliquey. There are some staff and branches who are so helpful and supportive. The overall running of the company and services they offer are exemplary. They do offer fantastic services for treatment of cancers.

Absolutely toxic
Management only cares about money. Little or no care for disposable employees. Overworked, under paid, incredibly sour environment. Management actually laughed about poor mental health

I understand all the bad reviews now
I understand the bad reviews now. I always try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but trust the reviews. This many bad reviews can't be wrong and from my experience they sum it up. Poor training and onboarding, lack of fair leadership and management, terrible work/life balance and lack of accountability and transparency. It can hold you back if you have potential, work hard and have ideas, b...
Manager in Sydney NSW

Leadership out of touch, toxic culture, little genuine interest in staff
Toxic management culture, very high staff turnover in head office with constant departure of short tenured talented people. Senior management not engaged with people in the business and appear driven by short term decisions and cost management. Poor leadership, the only saving grace in the company is good colleagues (if the stick around) and a genuine interest and focus on patient welfare in the c...
