Demanding and competitive

The enviroment is tense, demanding, as a bartender, everybody waiters and managers are always saying to you what you have to so and how you have to make things, but the way they say it feels like they just pretend to be over you, because each one says different thinks as they have the truth. You feel like you have to do super perfect the drinks with the objective that the waiter receive the bill, they put pressure on you, and they keep the bills, they don't share with the rest of the team (bartender, kitchen, Runners)Also, to make 8 hours daily, you have to be all day at work, they make you take to hours break in the middle of you shifts .They pay same rate as other hospitality jobs, the demanding and the high standar they prerend is not reflexed in the salary

Not worth the money.

Not worth the money. Extremely long hours. Don't go onto a salary here. Work 55 hours for the same rate as 38. Friendly Staff. Fun work environment. Poor training.
