If you were to leave Ghanda Clothing, what would be the reason?

  • I would leave due to intense customer service pressure and pressure put on you when you have to open and close the store alone. You also have to arrive to work 15 minutes early and don't get paid to open. The staff discount isn't generous which makes buying and wearing/promoting new items in store difficult.

  • The fact that managers expwct you to work every shift you get even though you are a casual. then are rude to you when they were in the wrong. overall not a good company to work at. very toxic environment and they have no care as to who they hire

  • - bullying
    - being under paid

    - overworked

    - poor management

  • Poorly managed store , indirectly fired for getting a second job as I couldn't support myself on 16 hours.

  • Nasty environment

  • Poor management and lack of care from higher up about theft and safety of safe.

  • If i was unhealthy

  • Extremely poor management. On every single level.

  • The stress is not worth the poor rate of pay. There are plenty of higher paying retailers out there that off less stress
