What is the best part of working at the company?Lovely people and great team means/ rsm that support you . Lovely clothes What is the most stressful part about working at the company?No set hours especially if this is your only job . Not enough training .. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Fun , laughs. Team work . Always busy What is a typical day like for you at the company?Serving customer , tiding the store , unpacking stock and just general customer service

Literally the most toxic workplace

It is the most clique-y type store. No one will speak to you until you’re considered ‘acceptable’, it’s like a hazing initiation. All the new Christmas casual staff got invited to a Christmas party, but I found information that said how the new employees coming to the xmas party would be so inconvenient. Very judgey company

Absolutely horrible- so badly run and never any merit in any work you do. So poorly run company with the worst blackout periods ever. No work life balance

amazing workplace with the kindest, most helpful coworkers and managers. Help always given when needed, training app provided, as well as hands on training for new workers.
