My experience at GiveTel was great, but one needs to be focussed on the end result of your toil on the phones: that is changing the lives of people and animals you're phoning to garner support for. "Cater" was an incredible and inspiring leader, he had a good sense of your abilities and was able to match you up with campains as much as he was able. "Amy" was amazing, very passionate about wildlife causes and she taught me a lot about the ins-and-outs of phone fund raising.
