Great culture, good management

Good company to work for. Glencore focuses on personal development and growth for each of its employees. Has relatively low turn over, at least in the department I work in.

Lots of experiences / Contractor sided pay

Job is fulfilling but with overwhelming workload. The role involves project management from start to end. Does not pay overtime as a Glencore employee but to contractors. Gate times does not reflect pay unless contractor. High turnover. Glencore needs to balance employees and contractors pay to motivate employees. Typical lifespan of Glencore Mount Isa career is 6-8 months.
