sometimes stressful work atmosphere. there were targets to be achieved on daily basis which i would not prefer. good rapport with coworkers. peaceful office atmosphere.

Global academy is a media centred school that provides state of the art facilities and great opportunity for students preparing for the media industry. Staff are very supportive and collaborative due to over laping of subjects. Global Academy offers progress for development as I have registered to do some GCSE subjects there as a private candidate.

Unprofessional and no room for growth with in the company

They're very unprofessional lack of knowledge on the job. They also let employees run the job that they underpay and use up for 9.25. you're dealing with at least 24 kids alone. Which is against state law.

Was an experience ! Its very state of art .I would expect it to be appreciated and cherished over the years .Its convenient just way down from the the local public transport network ,its of a relative spacious environment very bright and accommodating .Staff very friendly and available with educational needs catered to suit all pupils a like .It sports a Gym, a Cinema .It even has its own radio studio's with panoramic sounds and visual audio to go with it very new age in terms of technology and educational needs .

Hard Management

The students are great but will test boundaries, the struggle comes from consistency with staff members and the ability of management. Their are few capable staff members and the management do not see an importance in improving staff qualities. This makes the job harder for those that have experience.
