Horrendous
Housekeeping (Former Employee) - Bondi Junction NSW - 8 October 2022
Pay per room rate not per hour and the recommend given time to clean an apartment is completely unrealistic. Resources are broken or not available. You will not be paid for the hours in a day you work. I’ve never worked for a company who take advantage of you so much. If you have any self respect, do not take on work here.

Good company
Housekeeping (Current Employee) - Brisbane QLD - 23 May 2022
Good leaders and fun team, managers worked well together and helped team throughout the day to work and provide great service for guests. Often incorporate team breakfast and meetings to address topics or new procedures

Very stressful workplace...don’t pay right....
Room Attendant (Former Employee) - Sydney NSW - 15 December 2020
It’s not a good company to work for because they do not pay fairly. You will work for many hours but they will not pay you for that hours you spend. For example, they will give you 20mins to clean one checkout room but it will take you often more time to clean because it so messy but they will pay you for 20mins. Impossible to finish the messy room in just 20mins. In one hour you spend they want you to finish 4 to 5 checkout which is very impossible to do.Nobody listen when you make a complain.
Pros
Good co-workers
Cons
Worked 6hours but they pay only 4hours

Payment is not fair
Room Attendant (Former Employee) - Brisbane QLD - 5 October 2020
It's not a good company to work for because they do not pay fairly. You will work for many hours but they will not pay you for all the hours. For example they will give you about 20 minute to clean room but it will take you often more time because it messy but will only pay you for 20 minutes. Impossible to clean the room in the time they give you. Nobody listen and will sack you of complain, no Human resources to listen to you, must be hiding
Pros
Good Co workers. Nothing else
Cons
Work 6hrs but pay 4hr. Only hire student and visa holder because they no complain

Look out
Room Attendant/Housekeeping (Former Employee) - Brisbane QLD - 5 October 2020
It's hard physical work with minimal training and big expectations. Worst part is they pay you by the room and dont give enough time for you to do it. To make it easy to understand if you have 20 mins to clean a room and it takes you 35 mins cause it's so messy, bad luck you only get the 20 mins of pay. I don't understand how this is legal. All students and visa holders are taken advantage of
Pros
Fellow team members in the same boat, they are good
Cons
Don't pay correctly. Ie: work 6 hours pay 4 hours, nobody listens

Friendly environment
Room Attendant (Current Employee) - Surry Hills NSW - 17 April 2020
Workplace where the training is given before the shifts starts and friendly environment but the salary is not enough as per the work. Management is very good.

friendly staffs and management looks after employees great place to work. i have learned the works ethics and environment how things are done. The only hardest part of the job is to see my colleagues doing things irresponsibly. i get to meet people with happy faces which motivates me to go to work every day.

Horrible Company.
Housekeeper (Former Employee) - Sydney NSW - 8 February 2018
This company not only mistreats staff in ways that breach fair work rules, but even when making a complaint to HR, they do nothing with the information and take no action against those commiting the offences. Bullying from management is also to be expected from this company.
Pros
N/a
Cons
Long hours, underpayment, bullying, mistreatment
