The toxicity is a problem
I’ll preface this by saying that I am a nursing student that was given placement here for upwards of eight weeks a number of years ago. So I wasn’t paid (standard) but they still expected the students to arrive at least 15 minutes early to debrief. They expected me to take on 5-7 patients (post op) in the first week of my placement. Professional safe environment
Weekly operating list performing oral surgical procedures on private patients. The admission process, patient experience from entering the hospital to having their procedure done and being discharged, overall is very good.

Not enjoyable
Workplace bullying is a huge issue from staff, NUMS and Management; which is a known issue with HR but nothing gets done. Lack of training for new staff. Staff overworked with lack of support or help from management in fixing that. Poor morale on the wards, incompetent nursing staff on wards.
