Busy but fun

The hardest part of the job are rude customers. Other than that, the workers are all super nice and you learn a lot. However, in some GongChas have different opening hours, some work days ending at 12am.

Not so rewarding but can be relaxing at times

Early starts, making sure everything is set up within an hour before store opening. Continuous pressure to memorise how to create every drink, toppings, amount of ingredients can be very draining. Gets very difficult during peak hours and running the store with only 1 person. Pay for a team member usually starts at minimum wage for a very tiring job.

Very fun

Very good and faced paced environment. Hours are a lot if that’s something you’re looking for. Good for a first time job and if you’re good at memorising SOPS

Fun environment to work in

A fun environment to work in and friendly coworkers. The management team is well organised, thus makes scheduling uni and work easier to communication with the rostering manager.
