Pay is minimum wage with "commission" which is 10% of the profit - and these days there isn't much of that. extended shifts (up to 12 hours) for sales are expected, regardless of what you may have planned in your personal or social calendars. Product training is there if you want to make use of it, and lots of "trade night" dinner invites were always good as well. If they'd change structure of commission, and allow a better work/life balance, Harvey Norman would be an awesome place to work.
vast product training
poor work / life balance.
