Although it is a working holiday it is hard to ahead working here. They have a high turnover rate, because if you dream to save hear it is very hard. But what it lacks in pay, it is a once in a lifetime experience. You meet so many people, friends and you have one of the wonders of the world on your doorstep. You can do so much!

Unbelievably terrible

Literal cult. Scare you with threats of being thrown off the island and then bombard you with fluff about "being a family". Pretty jarring listening to them waffle about luxury and at the same time pay most of the staff basically minimum wage. Poor organisation between HR and departments, arrived on the island with no info and the hiring process took months. Steer clear, there's a reason they have such a high turnover rate.

Great place to live

was great up until the Cyclone unfortunately, now with One and Only leaving the management I can't really review it as there will be new management when it reopens.

Island life is an experience in its self but working on Hayman has so many opportunities its limitless where you can go I loved working on hayman.

doing odd jobs before being a store man doing orders for all the areas of the island and any jobs that needed to be done good place to meet different people around the world good conditions for staff
