Love working for this innovative, purpose led and passionate company. You have autonomy to make a real difference to team and patients. You get to work on projects which are career defining and exciting.
Pros
Team Members, projects, purpose led and passionate leadership
Cons
There are team members who are negative about the positive changes being made.

Salary is well below correct rate
Employee (Former Employee) - Perth WA - 15 November 2022
For the amount of work Healius wants employees to perform it's ripping off wages from staff to line their own pockets and there is a no care policy. No formal training required to work in this company

Stressful job with no rewards.
TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER/ANALYST (Former Employee) - North Ryde NSW - 25 August 2022
Have to work long hours to meet the need but didn’t get paid for that. On top of that the top managers are not trustworthy. There were no formal rewards or incentives for hard work.

Make your mark!
HR Manager (Current Employee) - Sydney NSW - 9 May 2022
Healius is a growing organisation, unlike corporates of similar size, everything isn’t ‘done’. This creates a fantastic opportunity to make an impact. You’ll work with great people, who are committed, friendly, fun and genuine. You’ll work hard and get to see the results for your efforts. Hands down the BEST team (immediate and extended) I’ve worked with in over 10 years.

The worst place to work at!
Medical Receptionist (Former Employee) - Melbourne VIC - 13 July 2021
The only great thing about this place were the practice manager and the 2IC. Other than that, a very stressful workplace. There isn’t enough doctors at such a big “super clinic.” The waiting time for patients is ridiculous, and it’s always the receptionists that gets abused. The place should have a security at least, doctors don’t listen to anyone and do their own thing and corporate doesn’t care at all. The pay isn’t that great either, considering the amount of workload and stress at this place. Definitely don’t recommend working at a place like this.

As an employee your opinion matters, Regional managers and practice managers are always there if anyone needs anything and are very approachable and willing to understand you.
Pros
Friendly, Effective training
Cons
Pay rate is not amazing

minimum wage with not much leadership or support
Receptionist (Former Employee) - Darlinghurst NSW - 5 November 2020
Flexible working hours, friendly co-workers but minimum wage and high expectations from management. No time allocated for online learning, although this is expected to be completed during a shift you barely have time to go to the bathroom in.
Pros
Lovely work colleagues
Cons
No leadership and poor management

Underpaid slave
Receptionist/Administration (Former Employee) - Marion SA - 27 October 2020
Toxic work culture, bullying by unqualified managers, underpaid for work duties, fast turn over of staff. Marion Domain Medical centre was chaotic, lack of leadership, no communication between management and staff. Corporation, money hungry company cuts hours for staff due to them wanting to claw back the 18 million dollars they had to pay to incorrectly paid staff. Nepotism, favouritism. Stressful. I would NOT recommend anyone apply for a position at any Healius centre.

Cons
All of it

Jobs at Healius
Very political management culture; Unqualified leaders are being judgmental to skilled or experienced employees; High turn over; Unfriendly culture
Manager (Former Employee) - St Leonard's Sydney NSW - 17 August 2020
Healius has a very political working environment and culture. Interestingly, you will find they recruit unqualified managers/project managers to manage skilled/experienced employees, hence the turn over is very high and job security is very low. I have heard of experienced employees being laid off due to the conflicts with unqualified but arrogant managers.
It is a risk of ruin one's reputation working in Healius due to the reason your leaders are not professional or qualified to make the judgement.

Healius is the worst company you can work for
Practice Manager (Former Employee) - not known - 28 July 2020
There is no management support, all the Company wants is how much money it makes. It treats the Doctors well but as for Staff there are horrible, expect only 1 Receptionist to service 6 Drs and answer phones and then will get asked why aren't the phone's answered.
Pros
There is no Pros
Cons
Lack of Support from Management

Friendly and sometimes diplomatic environment.
Pathogy collector and Treatment room assistant (Former Employee) - Castle Hill NSW - 13 June 2020
Productive and fun. Healious is the place where your foundation is formed. I did not know about the code of conduct much in Australia so, i made some mistakes but i love to rejoin the company if they have any vacancies and accept my application.
Pros
learning environment, friendly environment
Cons
The supervisors are hungry for promotion, so any small mistakes will be reported to hierarchies and you will receive warning letters.

About the Company
Administrator (Former Employee) - Sydney NSW - 24 February 2020
The company as it's said is not doing well (financially). So, the staff members are expected to perform more duties, resulting in stressful working environment.

Good place to work with great work culture.
IT Service Support Analyst (Level 2) (Current Employee) - Sydney NSW - 19 November 2019
I found that everyday was an interesting one, as each and every call was different, it stretch my skills and abilities to get to what they wanted bout also what they needed. Listening for what the clients concern were wanted, digging for the type of insurance that would best fit, but, also reassuring they of what Suncorp could do for them at a time of crisis.
There was plenty of ongoing trading and support form the leadership team. Team meeting were a safe place to share ideas and then to find solutions.

Good work conditions but management sometimes unstructured
Inbound Customer Service Agent (Former Employee) - Sydney NSW - 12 September 2019
The company offers a fair wage and the hours are sociable. However, information from management was sometimes unstructured making it difficult to do the job to maximum at times.

wonderful opportunity
Registered Nurse, AIN (Former Employee) - Sydney NSW - 2 May 2019
Primary Health Care was a wonderful experience both as an undergraduate and as a graduate nurse. The doctors are professional, the facilities state of the art, the education of nursing staff is excellent, and management promote opportunities generously. A very good experience and wonderful company.

Busy clinic that taught me a lot
Full Time Receptionist (Current Employee) - Darlinghurst NSW - 20 January 2019
I am currently working at a busy medical centre in Darlinghurst where there is often up to 40 patients and 8 doctors on throughout the day, which has taught me time management and how to prioritise. I have learnt how to interact with patients and what to say when difficult situations arise. I also now understand how Medicare and billing works
