Easy job

Operations Consultant (Current Employee) - Adelaide CBD SA - 26 August 2023

Pretty cruisy job. Downside is management can be very hit and miss. Culture and people are pretty great. Lots of after hours/weekend work if you are looking for extra work.

Stressful environment with a lack of proper management

The one thing I enjoyed about this job was my team. We all worked well but it was a very face-paced job, and I feel like we didn't have the support from management that we needed. This was difficult because we were pretty much an entirely new team with no experience within the company.

Good for progression

Good people and opportunities for learning and some ok perks. Work from home 2 days for some. Multiple teams so different mix of priorities. Decent reputation.
