Although I can not see myself leaving anytime soon, I guess it would be for a permanent position. Currently the role I work is casual which makes great $$ and offers flexibility. I think though, even if that's the case I may still actually work one EC shift a fortnight to stay on the books and top up income at a new job. Hendercare are extremely supportive, one of the best places I've ever worked and their coordinators actually care

For me this was a short process, no longer than a week. The HR team are engaged and thorough with their processes and makes interviewees feel involved in all the steps along the way.

What we as an individual bring to Hendercare as skills. What kind g of training have we had, and how also is we are in a certain situation that may cause harm or worse, or how would we deal with that. Question could be a resident would like to do swimming program, and how would you see around that? I always follow polices, and procedures, and read resident care plan, and health plan and program, what that resident is capable of in the pool. Look at different pools adequate for the resident and adequate equipment is supplied or maybe Hendercare can provide equipment for the resident so they can have what they wish and outcome. The always document how the session went and is their funds for the resident at Hendercare can power swimming twice or 3 times a week, and central depending if this is what the resident would like. The Also looking at OH&S issues they may harm the resident as your duty of care. Also it would be lovely the resident makes knew friends, and this should be encouraged.

If they can get their staff communicating with field workers better, I guess they could be ok
