Question could be a resident would like to do swimming program, and how would you see around that? I always follow polices, and procedures, and read resident care plan, and health plan and program, what that resident is capable of in the pool. Look at different pools adequate for the resident and adequate equipment is supplied or maybe Hendercare can provide equipment for the resident so they can have what they wish and outcome. The always document how the session went and is their funds for the resident at Hendercare can power swimming twice or 3 times a week, and central depending if this is what the resident would like. The Also looking at OH&S issues they may harm the resident as your duty of care. Also it would be lovely the resident makes knew friends, and this should be encouraged.
