That describes their number 1 everything. Employees are expendable. If you are a good soldier, work your self sick and shut your mouth...you will do ok.

Great with clients, poor communication within organisation
Disability Support Worker (Current Employee) - Melbourne East VIC - 7 November 2023
The database clients are amazing, clients are always welcoming and understanding, despite them needing the help. However, I find the management could do better in communication and apply a more systematic approach in timesheets for services.

No opportunities for growth
Youth Worker (Current Employee) - Perth WA - 16 August 2023
Only casual positions available unless you want to earn minimum wage and go to part time employment - you have to work for hendercare for over a year to be offered a contract. Hours are always up and down - never guaranteed. Very high turn over. Office treat on floor workers appallingly
