Most of days working there is unpredictable on the flow of customers, sometimes busy and sometimes quiet. I enjoy working with my co-workers very much which is the enjoyable part and also being able to assist customers to solving their problem. I learned a lot from this job, like repairing phones and tablet devices, building confidence and work experiences skills.
The hardest part of the job is dealing with difficult customers that are constantly putting the fault on us because of an issue that seem to occur. Having to repeat ourselves on what we are responsible for and what we aren't. Customers threatening us to high authorities but we still keep to our policy.
