The team is good, not enough shifts. Was better during COVID but too many people working now. Management doesn't care enough about each staff but shifts are long when you get it

Great colleagues & management

I am currently in Events. Events is a team that sets functions, big breakfast, lunch and dinner for people who either does exhibition, functions, formals and many more. Job itself is not hard, colleagues and managers are amazing. Does not really require much certifications other than RSA.Downside is that unless you are studying hospitality and aiming towards hotel career, there isn't much career...

Great Place to work for a reason

Having worked at various Hilton properties, regardless of how big or small they are the team culture is fantastic. I have always been supported and I see my team mates who want to grow have the ability to do so. Yes its busy. Yes its hard work. But its also lots of fun!
