Great culture

Food and Beverage duty manager (Current Employee) - Gold Coast QLD - 3 January 2023

Hilton has great people working there and the culture is very supportive.Some staff and managements are there just long for the name of Hilton and those people don’t perform as good as they should which annoying. Benefit from company is huge and worldwide too.I haven’t worked at the hotel which has this layer of support fromManagements. There are some difficulties but overall it’s worth it.

Great people. Supportive management. Love motto of the company.

Cons

Staff canteen not great, Some staff and managers are just there to take benefit of working at Hilton

The group of people I worked with were like family. They learned from me and l through them. We ALWAYS worked as a team hence the reason I stayed there for almost 10years. The most difficult part was when we were understaffed, but we always mananged to get through those difficult times.
