I am missing ,nice working environment. Staff s are very good and helpful. Food was good. Managements and emplee relationship are very good. Custer satisfaction were our highest priority.

12 hour days for no pay

junior positions passed off to contractors and people nerfed to part-time or driven out if they had been there more then a year. using bullying tactics.

typical day at work for me is strippping and the making of beds, cleaning bathrooms and cleaning general rooms. ive learnt that you have to have patience and a good work ethic, you also need to be fairly strong and capable of working within time frames. the hardest part to my job is adjusting from working at other motels and trying to catch all the tips and tricks while working. the most enjoyable part of my job would have to be accomplishing all my rooms within the time frame given, also knowing that I am pleasing someone else with the cleanliness of their room.

very very hard work learned how to work with a five star culture and time management manage time, otherwise can't finish work on time stewarding is one of the hardest job in hotel industries every work is a hard job,, if start enjoying the work it is not a hard work and don't panic at any situation,,,,, I enjoyed my each work wherever i worked

Check emails and outlook calendar for the day. Start up appointments with new team members,checking their paperwork, showing them around the hotel and issuing uniform, name badge and locker key. Inputting details in to payroll systems and making up of Personnel Files. Data input of new starts and training information on to matrix.Working with the Training officer and HR Director on a daily basis.Enjoyed working with the team and helping with any issues, enquiries or advice.

Fun and nice place to work

I work during the night, the last 3 hours of work are the most hectic time for me cause all charts and all things should be done before the hand over for morning shifts.I learned here at Hilton to respect to respect each other despite of your differences such as culture, religion, race etcI am satisfied with the management of Hilton because everything we need are provided gloves protective gears and nice treatment for employees.I enjoyed working with my co- workers because i learn a lot from them not only about the work but also i learned a lot about life form them.The hardest part of the job is when one of your co workers wont agree or is not cooperative to make the wok done properly.I enjoy working when my patient says thank you or appreciate what I am doing for them
