Great place
If your looking for training in a practical way they say they will help you.But they won’t.My manager was great at he’s job.But as to look after you for a one to one personal training for the system No no effort was put in practically on that..Management only care for them selves.They rip you off on comms if you go beyond the mark and will increase your target to even make it harder youyouyou.

Fast paced collaborative environment
Hipages is a great company to work for, with unlimited support from SLT to test and try new ideas it’s the place you want to be if you want to grow both personally and professionally. Targets aren’t just plucked out of thin air but actually realistic making comms achievable every month. SLT is also very supportive in us testing whacky ideas and heavily involved the broader team in company strategy. Overall a pretty fun and supportive place to work

Amazing culture, fast paced and collaborative environment
A really fast paced environment with ambitious plans.As a growing business, team members are regularly challenged with testing new ways of doing things as we expand in the Tradie ecosystem.The best part about hipages is the culture. A super supportive team and amazing office environment with lots of perks.In sales we work together and hustle to achieve awesome results. At times that means working hard, but the reward is there with uncapped commissions (paid monthly) and we have a dream team sales culture.All sales managers have been internally promoted from rep roles - and everyone is willing to roll their sleeves up to get things done.

Toxic environment, don’t live or breath their own values.
On the surface it looks great.... nice office, games, free food, city office and drinks on a Friday. But reality is you never have time to play the games or have fun as the targets are set so high you need to work till 6pm each day and most Saturdays just to hit your targets! No work life balance. Sales management don’t promote talent. No progression.
