Disability support carer (Current Employee) - Sydney NSW - 17 October 2019

Difficult to find new clientele if you don’t push for the jobs others don’t want. Very supportive management and I like that I choose where & when, whom I work with. I don’t think it’s fair the same pay rate applies to working with different clientele requiring different amounts of work.
