Answered

As a part-time employee, I'm 'supposed' to work at least two hours but there have been many times where they asked me to go home earlier and I only got paid for that

Answered

The company likes it when you know about the Prime Rib steak as that is what we are famous for. Be yourself is the best advice I can give you! They are not 100% focused on if you have experience or not as this is my first job. Everyone there is unique and has their own style and that is what the company likes.

Answered

I was told that there was not enough hours to go around, but about 2 weeks later they were advertising for extra staff. So I'm assuming because I am a fulltime Mum, and I was studying 4 days a week and didn't give enough availability for their liking, even though, I gave availability for the busiest nights. Every shift was an on call for 7pm when I was available earlier.

Answered

It is hard to say as I know some have lasted for more than 2 shifts, however my job trial was only 2 shifts, both 2 hours spread across two week. I don't think it would be anymore than 4 shifts.

Answered

Give longer shifts and be more flexible with the outside work commitments
