Holmesglen Institute Employee Review

stressful and time poor, nothing gets completed well. No time to reflect, review and improve.

a typical day, more than 30 staff needing information, direction, one on one, management meeting, project meetings, scheduling, continuous improvements.the workplace culture is collaborative, friendly, and hardworking.most enjoyable part of the job is managing a great team of dedicated teaching staff.hardest part about the job is not being to do anything well, when you are time poor.

Pros

working with a great team.

Cons

long hours, working weekends, relentless work to be completed.

Interesting workplace

You need to do your best to stay on and advance in your career. Friendly and supportive environment, My experience was good. I started as a casual teacher and climbed the ladder over the years and ended as an Education Manager.
